Several contracts have expressed and interest in changing current practices, but lack the know how. We will provide the property and the know how of building "GREEN". Our focus home buyer will be military families as Ft. Bragg is and will continue its build up. Many service men and women cannot afford homes at the current levels; however, with government grants and tax breaks for using environmentally safe materials and technics, our home prices can be 10,000 to 30,000 dollars cheaper than the current homes being build in this area. Even though we would sell homes considerably lower, with incentives, grants, and the current Obama administration, I forsee large profits for an investor within the next 12-24 months.
