Description:
Currently I am attempting to aquire financing for an Indoor Golf Facility. I have created a Business Plan for a very unique version of a recreational and training, Golf facilities combination. The facility will offer every aspect of Golf, including Golf Simulators, Indoor driving range, P.G.A. Instruction, etc., all within a Country Club type enviroment, while also including an Italian Bistro style cafe. The facility will also offer Banquet/Party rooms for corporate/private affairs, meetings and parties.
