We locate distressed properties (single family at this point), negotiate a deep discount and bring in crews for repairs. We hold for cash flow and also quick turn to retail buyers. We are looking to expand into a third business model - wholesaling, that is to say quick flipping to a rehabber or landlord while doing no or minimal repairs ourselves.
