My name is Rob McGarry and I'm the managing partner of Lakehills Development LLC. We own 167 acres in Lake Chelan Wa. This property is divided into 3 phases. Our phase one is 86 building lots which are 90% sold out. Phase one is nearly complete, all onsite improvements are complete, just offsite improvements are left. Phase three is 100 building lots, 238 condos and 100 cabanas. Design word is 50 % complete. Phase three is 60 condos and design is 80% complete. We are looking for 20-25 million to pay off debt (consolidate) and finish construction and design for our other two phases. We are offering either any equity position and profit sharing or a straight loan with fees and points. Or ?? If you refer me to someone, a very nice finders fee will be given..
