In brief, Adams Recreational Estate is a start up company that I currently hold all shares in, I am seeking an investor or investors to fund the purchase of a New Zealand farm on which to develop a family friendly Farm Holiday Park.
The property I am interested in is approx 800 acres of coastal land situated in the Hawkes Bay region of the North Island.
While Farm Parks are nothing new, our development will also include the establishment of gardens,orchard and small vineyard, that will allow those that visit the estate to enjoy a variety of fresh organic produce, this I would like to see develop to incude the making of our own wine, cheese and beer.
