I would like to plan a healthy food alternative restaurant. I would serve vegetarian, vegan or organic fish, turkey, chicken. I have not made a decision on organic kosher beef or pork at this point. I would create a menu with meals showing complete contents in the menu. There would be few market secrets, as we would attempt to prepare our menus in a way that can be easily reproduced at home. All ingredients will be available for the customer to gather information from. I would like to include where the customer can acquire products with estimated costs. Our city does not have a restaurant of this degree, yet supply and demand are apparent.
My open policy allowing people to learn what makes a healthy meal will inspire better menus in homes of our community. The result will be better health in many areas. Some of the results would be weight loss; healthy digestive system; reduction in non-organic matter; improvements in body, mind and spirit for taking an active part in eating healthier.
