During the past 17 years, I have been involved with Residential Mortgages in Los Angeles, Pre-Construction Resort Investment and Development in Hong Kong, Russia and Brazil, along with Sustainable Housing projects with NGOs in the Caucuses. Working with Eco-Building Systems, we intend to establish a benchmark for future projects to satisfy demand for eco-friendly housing in the growing niche market for a Zero-Energy solution.
