We are in the business of remodeling and building fast food chain restaurants. I have personally been in the business for over 30 years. I have made contacts through the years which will enable me to have clients in place for the business to grow. I have spent the last five years building condos and the market has fallen to a point of non-survival. Therefore I am going back to what I know best and thats the restaurant business.
