Description:
Powerflex was founded by Jim Forystec. Jim is actually a pastor, but health and fitness are his passion. Jim has consulted many people and his excercises are actually taught at Liberty Univeristy. We are on the ground floor as this is the first of three books, a possible cartoon aimed for kids health, and a possible fitness center of all natural excercise (consulting, one on one). We believe Powerflex is a fantastic opportunity for all involved.
