R2 consulting will be a consulting company specializing in blending project management theory with technology innovation to create the best of breed solutions. The company offers all services related to project management including development, training, and technology implementations. R2's principal consultants have a unique blend of passion for the industry, extensive experience, and remarkable credibility and results.
R2 will be formed as a LLC based in Jefferson County, AL owned by its principal investors and principal operators. The initial office will be remote due to work mostly being completed on a client's site and will allow for reduced startup expenses.
Within North America, R2 already has established relationships with many Fortune 500 clients that will be converted to R2 clients immediately upon startup. This provides the unique opportunity to open a company with an existing revenue stream and client base. There are also several strategic partners that will be converted to R2 partners that will provide additional sales and resources to complete multiple initiatives for our clients.
Although there are many competitors in the marketplace, R2 is quite unique. We support direct manufacturers, other service partners, and direct to our clients, so there is no limitation to the number of ways that we can engage a client. This allows great flexibility and increases potential revenue sources. Therefore, any competitor could also be a client and resell the R2 services as well.
Another distinct advantage for R2 will be the pricing structure. While not the most inexpensive on the market, R2 consistently delivers more value per dollar spent than most of our competition. This is due to our unique structure. Software manufacturers will select companies priced lower than R2 to provide services and then significantly mark up the rates to be a great deal more than ours. Therefore, the client is receiving lower quality services at a higher rate. R2 does not discount our rates. So when the software manufacturer has a tough job or one that requires one of our consultants, they pay our rate. If they choose the competition, then we are allowed to engage with the client directly and have the client pay our rate. This sets us apart from many of our competitors because they must choose to be a partner to gain the business. R2 brings the business with them which allows us to negotiate at the peak position.
The company's founders are widely recognized as experts in the industry. The forward face of the company, Rick A. Morris, has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 clients, has released two books by major publishing houses in 2008, is invited to speak around the world, and personally delivers many of the services. The operations of the company will be handled by W. Mike Jackman whom also has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 clients and is a premier intellect in the industry.
The firm estimates a suprisingly low monthly break even point versus current clients and revenue streams already ascertained. R2 is seeking the initial funding to startup the company to deliver premier project management services to our clients and a handsome return on investment to any of our potential investors.
