Description:
White Men Can't Rap was produced for $700,000. It was shot in 35mm and features Clifton Powell (Ray, Rush Hour) and John Canada Terrell (She's Gotta Have It, The Five Heartbeats), along with a collection of second tier rock stars, celebs and NFL players. I recently bought out my first-in investors which improved the company's long-term prospects, but I had to use funds reserved for distribution to complete the transaction. I am seeking $150,000 in capital. In return, the investor receives first money out from all ancillary rights and an ownership stake in the company.
