Description: Our startup company, OneDish® is located in Stamford, CT. We're looking for all available options to raise $500k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our Technology/Web business. At this point, OneDish® is pre-revenue. I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit. OneDish® is primarily interested in receiving capital from: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc) -Venture Debt (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc) We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below: -Development of iOS and Android apps, our website, -Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc) -Local proof of concept (soft launch) where we can test our revenue model, gather client/customer feedback and make adjustments to the platform before we move to scale nationally. OneDish® is my trademarked brand with one mission: "We show people WHAT to eat, not Where to eat" The use cases are infinite, so I will spare you the anecdotal reasons I developed this idea. The bottom line is we built a working prototype and had 100% positive feedback from the 50 restaurateurs we cold called. We have had ZERO push back on price points or our revenue model. In fact, every contact we have shown our prototype to has wanted to JOIN our monthly subscription-based service asap. - We are ready to go into production on the platform IMMEDIATELY. - We have an 18 month proforma and roll-out strategy defined in our Business Plan - We are seeking $500,000 at this time and willing to negotiate terms - We are open to discussing investment from a singular source or multiple small investors - We expect to be PROFITABLE in Q1 - 2019 (assuming we raise our funding now) Thank you in advance for your interest in OneDish®.
