I started the company (in its current form), 3 years ago, have invested a little over $1M in it, now have 9 agents, the financial, technological and educational infrastructure in place.
A few years ago, after leaving Grubb & Ellis I developed the business model similar to what Re/Max and Keller Williams have done in the residential real estate brokerage business. Our company is called City Commercial Real Estate (CCRE). Our capital raise is to facilitate our transition from a small local commercial real estate brokerage company with a unique business model to a large scale national company that will change the commercial real estate brokerage industry much like RE/MAX did on the residential side of our business some 20+ years ago.
