I am the sole owner of 114 acres of patented mining claims in Norhtwestern Montana. They are proven claims with a significant historical track record. This past year was spent primarily in preparation for start up of this business. I have done assay testing and gold was present in every location tested. I have built and cleared roads, purchased equipment, and have a partially finished shop with a living quarters already framed, and most of the windows and doors, along with many other materials are currently on site. I have millions and millions of yards of material available to process and with a very conservative estimate of 1 oz of gold per 20 yards of material the income potential is significant and long term. I am ready to complete the shop/living quarters, and purchase a few more necessary pieces of equipment and upgrades in order to be in full swing by mid to late spring of this year. I will be the sole owner/operator of the business and will hire independent contract labor as needed. I have an attorney and an attorney/accountant in place to make certain all bases are diligently considered and covered.
