Chef Bar will be a chef-driven restaurant and bar located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. We are presenting high quality food in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
I’m using my 24 years of proven success in the restaurant and food service business to build a creative and unique brand that is supported by a clear business and marketing plan.
The 7,000 square-foot space includes 2 floors and features 2 large bars, a private dining room and an enclosed kitchen. The location of the business which draws both locals and tourists can well support the size of the venue.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on the weekends. This upscale version of a gastro-pub will serve creative and well-executed dishes featuring seasonal, local ingredients. The bar incorporates homemade syrups, jams, tinctures and infusions from the kitchen.
