Now---California has over 17,000 Wind Turbines producing less than 2% of its total energy. Because of their 1982 technology, most of these turbines won't work in 10-15 mph winds.
Tomorrow--- A dramatically changed design for the Fuselage and Propellers, plus a more powerful generator, equals 40% more Energy from existing units.(over 2 million retrofits waiting worldwide.)

The Bernoulli effect substantially increases the effective velocity of
the wind at the impellers. The increased number of impellers (6 instead of 3) catches more wind power at wind speeds(2-3mph).
