Description:
General
Alberta Rural Homes (ARH) is in the business of providing affordable rural condominium homes, for seniors, focusing on small towns in Southern Alberta.
The business will be incorporated, as a private company, in the near future. The head office of ARH is located at Suite 206 815 50 Avenue SW, Calgary Alberta T2S 1H8.
Business Philosophy
ARH’s philosophy has developed from an identified need for additional independent and assisted living for seniors. More specifically, small rural areas have waiting lists for independent and assisted facilities that exist in their local towns. As a result, many rural seniors have been “forced” to leave the communities where they have raised their families, in order to find suitable accommodations in other, often larger centres. Alber
