I own a primary residence, three single family homes and one multi family/duplex unit.
I am in need of some working capital to complete some renovations on one single family (exterior painting) and the Duplex, plus also to enhance my business to grow.
In addition enough capital to have on hand to be able purchase additional home(s) when they become available to complete refresh and either rent or flip.
I am looking for $300,000 with reasonable interest rate/terms. In the event that $300,000 is not doable to assist with the renovations and cash on hand then lets talk to see what we can do to lend me money to complete the 2 projects and some money on hand for additional purchase to put a deposit down and contact you for additional funding when another single family home is available.
Out of my 5 rentals 3 are rented, one of two is apartments is near completion of renovation 85% of the interior, second apartment demolition has been finished
A little about myself, retired Hospital/Nursing Home Administrator with over 30+ years of work service, with retirement income, plus income rental from 2 single family homes.
I am Licensed Real Estate Agent for over 17 years, started purchasing small homes/apartments to renovate, rent, etc in the late 80's and 90's.
Then sold and stop it for years and now since retired (5) years ago been back at it.
