Black & White Investments buy's and sells real estate in NC. Our exit strategies are unique to each individual property. We wholesale, fix & flip, buy & hold and fix & refinance. In some cases we will use buy hold properties to help uplift our community by offering an opportunity for people with credit and other issues to buy a home via rent to own.
We are interested in single famly homes, townhomes and apartment complexes.
Our goal is negotiate a fair price with the seller and resell at a profit leaving enough equity for the buyer to make a good profit as well.
