Description:
We are a Coffee Lounge and Grill in Federal Hill in Baltimore City. We are remodeling a 100yo building that we have a 9 year lease on. We have currently put 200k of personal money into the project but due to the current banking situation we have lost funding. We need approx 50k to finish the build out and 60k for equipment.
