We are a small locally specialized tackle manufacturer. We have developed a unique lure that is far outselling expectations. Our outlook for the future is good as some of the other manufacturers are either selling out, or retiring. We are minority owned and operated by a minority female and a 100% disabled veteran. We are looking for a loan of $3500. This is to enable us to buy inventory in enough quantity to get bulk price breaks which will drop materials prices as much as 45%. We have been running on a strictly sell and replace, but the time for expansion is upon us and we need this to take a larger market share and expand our product line. We are open to ideas as to how to obtain financing through non-conventional sources, eg. angel funding from an individual or group, and open to repayment terms.
