Description: Kwik Kar Oil and Lube Center is a franchise with Kwik Industries, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. This company was founded by Ray Ellis. Kwik Kar is an express oil, lube, brakes, etc and is a well known "chain" in Texas and surrounding states. Mr. Ellis has started over 300 of these type centers. Mr. Ellis provides market analysis of the area, construction of the site, inventory, computers, and personnel training. After deciding where to place the business, Mr. Ellis looks for a buyer. I would like to buy the center he is developing in Rendon, TX, just south of Ft. Worth, Tx. I need 15% to 20% of the total cost which is approximately $275,000 to $300,000 to purchase the business. Mr. Ellis finances the remaining. Other owners of this franchise are successful ranging from $30,000 to > $90,000 monthly gross depending on the size of the business.
