My goal is to create a short-term real estate investment that creates an unheard of exponential return and a possible tax haven for the American investor. This cannot be accomplished within the traditional real estate market. The solution is to create a new market by exploiting an existing untapped demand coupled with utilizing an existing financial tool much the way Michael Milken did with the Junk Bond market. Unlike the “Junk Bond King”, my plan does not utilize a public offering, but adds superior value by offering financial privacy, financial control, and collateral of one’s investment. The Method to accomplish the set forth goal will be revealed only upon the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
