Description:
We are a small local builder with a very exciting project on the outskirts of downtown Tucson, AZ. Downtown Tucson is going through a revitalization, "the Rio Nuevo" project. Our project, Sentinel Vistas, is within a mile of several new museums and attractions that are being planned which the Tucson City Council has given the go ahead to fund. Our site is also about a mile from the new "Modern Rail" that is (URL removed) have been working to get our permits for over 2 1/4 years and have finally have started our lot improvements. There has been a lot of interest in our project and we believe even with the current state of the economy our project will be successful.
