I am looking for investors to help me buy an historical attraction in the Shenandoah Valley. This attraction is a money maker as it is, but has much more potential. There are a few existing activities with a hotel and restaurants on site. I firmly believe that I can turn this into a much more profitable operation. I am negotiating purchase price, but will need help with the money. I am not looking to borrow the money. I would like to find someone to invest in me and the company and accept payback of initial investment and then residual income from business.
