Description: R.L. Seely Homes is a builder of accessible homes for disabled veterans and large custom homes through out Virginia. In business since 2006, we currently have three homes under construction and several due to break ground in the spring of 09. R.L. Seely is a Veterans Administration approved Adaptive Housing builder and holds a Class A License with a building technical classification. R.L. Seely has been working on the adaptive housing for disabled veterans project for two years and has been endorsed by the Paralyzed Veterans of America amoung many other organizations. The project has been featured in the Winchester Star and on TV 3 in Winchester, Virginia. The first project home for a disabled veteran is currently under construction and is expected to be delivered in March 09. R.L. Seely has partnered with the Disabled Veterans Committee on Housing to identify disabled vets. that qualify for housing benefits through the VA and other incentives. We are currently working with five additional veterans in the Winchester and Richmond, Virginia areas and expanding that list on a monthly basis. Other notable 08 projects include the completion of an 8,500 sq. ft. bed and breakfast in the Emporia, Virginia area. Other Adaptive Housing project team members include lenders, developers, VA officials and other government agancies. Current needs include access to short term working capital and an additional team member to expedite draws and payments and to assist in the financial oversight of day to day operations.
