We have a contract to purchase a cable installation for $1.7mil. The company grosses approximately $2mil in sales annually and nets approximately $400,000 annaully. We have been approved for an SBA loan (Small Business)of 90% of the loan request, however we need a 10% partner ($170,000). We are looking for either a loan of $200,000 which we will re-pay upon closing, or a 10% partner for the next 3 years. The latter option will recieve a 10% revenue stake for three years and at the end of the period, they will receive their intial investment with interest.
The company has 37 emplyees and an annual renewable contract with a national cable provider. It also has an exclusive territiory, with room to expand.
