Description: Nautilus Medical is a developer and reseller of PACS (Picture Archiving Communications System) peripherals in the radiology market. We have developed our own version of recording software to record MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and any other digital modality onto CD or DVD. Our system has an easy to navigate single page interface emulating the icon look of Apple. Most systems in this environment ignore the user and focus on functionality from an engineering perspective. Over the years with our experience in other discipliens of software in this space, we have shifted our focus to the needs and wants of the users, while placing a reliable and highly functional backend to the interface. This has given us a close ratio of nearly 80% to prospective clients with a presentation of the system. As part of marketing approach, we have taken the position as the value leader as well. This pricing has allowed us to garner the acceptance of presentations and establish an early install base for references. We have been aggresively adding different product offerings, at different price levels, while utlizing the same 'look' and consistent messaging of Fast, Easy and Reliable solution. This gives us the branding of being a complete solution provider within this niche marketplace. To fill our product offering at a more complete 'suite' level, we have contracted with two other development companies to license Nautilus technologies withour branding and interface features. This will fill in any gaps and give us the time to develop our own in house, while testing the market for specific solutions. Nautilus Medical is in need of funding for further technical development, and a comprehensive marketing approach to capture credibilty in the decision makers of radiology departments and imaging centers. We have attended no conferences to this point, which is another consideration for positioning our business. There is consistent revenue through service and media sales over time.
