Description:
Executive Summary – ASR Management Group
Our initial Phase1 “e-Commerce store” is an e-commerce household product store. Our initial goal is to create an e-commerce business with products we are familiar with, which lowers our risk position and helps ensure success. In so doing, we provide quality products and service to a large number of consumers interested in tech advanced household equipment.
As we’ve learned more about the Covid19 virus and consumer's collective response, one thing is clear;.. Home-based facilitating and cooking-at-home nation-wide has served as a helpful quarantine outlet in today's paradigm shift. We saw a need to focus our energy on continuing to grow the housewares industry by introducing quality products to a greater number of households through our e-commerce distribution.
This business summary outlines the initial development of “Phase 1” for investor/partners of our various “ASR Management Group” brands for sustainable e-comm cashflow. For the “ASR Management Group” to reach its initial "Phase1" 12-mth sales-goal of $350K for our e-commerce store and growth with additional health & fitness products lines, funds of $50,000 are needed for setup of e-commerce software to support accounting, marketing, and MRO costs. Investor base-loan debt is paid monthly with base-principal served 100% in the first 15 months of full operation.
Our long-term 5-phase project goals have several income-streams over a planned 4-year growth cycle, allowing for ongoing review and exit strategies to be played out in 6-8 years.
Phase 1: Build a successful e-commerce store combined with additional e-commerce product lines. Phase 2: Build a Florida based golf-school campus that includes an e-commerce golf & fitness store, a golf training-center with indoor & outdoor driving ranges along with PGA-level swing instructors, a “brick and mortar” pro-shop focusing on providing quality brand golf equipment, personalized club-fitting, custom club-building, golf apparel, and nutrition & fitness supplies. Phase 3: Build an exercise fitness center, and a restaurant/brewery on the campus. Phase 4: Add a 4-hole practice-course to the campus. Phase 5: Duplicate and expand to the Las Vegas area while also expanding the restaurant and brewery operations individually in regional target markets.
