My husband, Richard Poplaski, owns a consignment shop in Wilmington, NC. He opened this to help be available to help me as I have Multiple Sclerosis. We used $30,000. + of our own money to start up the business. We have been opened for 14 months. I now receive Social Security Disability after close to 2 years out of work. Our health insurance has been around $1700.00 a month and now we can't afford it. I do get Medicare in April and then can afford health insurance for my husband and son. Can you please help my husband as the shop is doing better now (The shopping center just became fully occupied last week for the first time since he opened.)
