Description: After several years of learning a LOT about government procurement and the "politics of public opinion", we have now landed the nations very first statewide contract that will use ALPR technology for automated enforcement of uninsured motorists in Oklahoma which will launch in Q4 of 2018. We are in discussions with several other states and other jurisdictions now as well, some of which are contacting us since the word is out about Oklahoma. We provide all equipment and operational infrastructure via our operating partner and do a simple revenue share with the State or local jurisdiction. We are also pursuing a national procurement contract via a large JPA and national contracting organization. The revenue projections are massive (over $50MM in Oklahoma, which is a small State by population) and will begin in late Q4 of 2018. We are seeking capital for sales, marketing, political support (lobbyists), and shareholder equity.
