I purchased a health food store/supplements,in 12/ 2004. the owner is carring the note for right now . I need to pay him off and upgrade some of the refrigeration units, for the are as old as the store. this would greatly help reduce my overhead. i have one years taxs return and the pand l's for the first six months of this year. the previous had let the store grt a little run down, but we have turn the store around, and are heading in thright direction. unfortunately, my limited resources are running low. I owe the owners ,2,800,000.00. and the rest will be used to upgrade the refrigeration units and add more product, which in turnn will drive up sales.
