I have seen a business (URL removed) got 24% for failure rate. financial stress class 3. credit score 3. 91000 in sales that year. This is when they tried to make it into a restaurant not a bar and (URL removed) this area there is NOT a college type bar. people have to drive a few miles to find this type of place.I think with it so close to a college campus and turning back into a bar and grill, I can't see it failing.
