Description: EZ Rack was formed in April of 2014 with 4 people. We are a vetran owned business with four shareholders, and are located in Sarasota Florida. As the inventor & founder of EZ Rack, I have a patent & trade mark pending for a very simple device that allow's a person to rack a bullett into the fireing chamber of an automatic pistol. This device is very easy to attach to the pistol, not unlike placing a stamp on an envelope. This simple pad can be removed with no damage to the pistol. Safty is the key since it allows the shooter to always point the gun in a safe direction when racking a round, and in the case of a jam makes clearing the jam easier and safet. Gun ownership in the United States has grown to a point where 49% of all US homes have gun's In 2012 FBI records state the 16 Million permits were applied for gun ownership. Women have become a very important segment of this expanding market. Our company has conducted research at the consumer level as well as industry. EZ Rack was sent to the NRA Headquarters in Washington DC where Brian Evans a NRA Executive said after seeing the product said " I wish I had thought of that!" Exact numbers of automatic pistol owners in the US are impossible to find, the ATF & FBI believe there numer is between 160 million and 3 hundred million EZ Rack has a huge appeal among potential customers our hands on research proves that. We plan to sell through National distributors to the over 58,0000 retail gun stores in the US and via the internet perhaps using AMAZON to consumers direct and being carefull in our pricing structure NEVER to sell at different pprices to one and not the other !We require SEED money for start up marketing costs, and to our supplier for stocking which we plan to have pre-sold We do not plan to be a one product company and have two additional items in market testing now.
