Description:
I have to my access 35 to 50 acres of land in the Henry County, Ga. area. It is at the back of the new South Point Mall located on HWY 20. It is a 3 stage project, stage 1 is complete with JC Penney's and Kohl's already open for business. The second stage is an outdoor mall that will have misc. retail, along with Toy's R Us, and other large retail stores. The last third of the property is available. I have been working with several water park management and design companies. We are proposing an indoor/outdoor waterpark with retail spaces and possibly for high end food services. I have been working on this for over 3 years and am looking for investors. I have a twelve year background in construction and management.
