Carolina. North is located in Orangeburg County, which is both a non-metropolitan county as well as a
Small Business Administration HUB Zone. This development will provide 30 much-needed permanent jobs to a community experiencing over 15% unemployment. It will provide 60 assisted living beds (18 of which are reserved for Medicare recipients) in the county’s most modern facility.
Operated by a military family, Dogwood Plantation will also work with Angels for Heroes to provide a place
for veterans and their spouses who need help with activities of daily living.
