I am a Vanderbilt-educated physician who has started two successful clinics in the past and who wants to found a new Wellness Center offering a variety of services. We already have a client patient list that puts us past Month Three projections. We will offer weight loss, acute pain intervention, chronic pain management, Botox, and other modalities. Our first target area is in Goodlettsville, TN, a high-traffic, upscale area with excellent access and demographics. We will be expanding within six months to an already identified location in the next county. One clinic alone is conservatively projected to gross $200,000 per month at capacity, and capacity is projected to be reached by month five. We offer a new approach to patient care, with each patient receiving personal, life-management instruction and 24 hour access to physician care. From a pain control perspective, we are partnering with local and federal law enforcement to ensure compliance with existing statutes and to decrease the incidence of diversion.
