I would like to get involved in the real estate business. My goal is to find distressed properties buy them at 60-75% under after repaired value fixed them and resell them and some I will keep for rentals. I can find good deals but the problem is that I have no capital to start and not so good credit. I have wholesale a property in the past to a investor for a fee but I would like to be the rehabber.
