Description:
OneCleanWorld Group BV is a for-benefit company incorporated in The Netherlands with a not-for-profit foundation incorporated in the US. OCW is the umbrella holding company for CleanHome&Body International BV which will manufacture eco-safe products based on the recipes in a series of books by Michael DeJong (one of the principals). The test market will be The Netherlands and the company will sell licenses to other partners in other regions, countries or states so that everywhere CleanHome&Body products are sold, they will be locally manufactured for local consumption and help contribute to the area's green economy. Royalties from the book sales will endow the foundation, and profits from the commercial company will also go to support the foundation's eco-philanthropy.
