We want to build a refuge resort on an island in the Bahamas. We have pre - architect design plans and a construction business plan and we are looking for seed capital. We are considering a number of properties in the Bahamas. We are looking at property that is < 30 minutes from Miami, FL by jet.
According to the Sovereign Society on a study on wealth done by the Spectrum Group in 2010, 800,000 American millionaires have left the US since 2007 because the business climate in the US has become so negative towards successful entrepreneurs and wealthy people. We believe these people would like to band together at an offshore resort in a tax haven for fellowship and shared economic and political values.
This would be a John Galt type resort.
