Description:
ClearValue Energy, Inc. (Energy) is a sister company to ClearValue Combustion Systems, Inc. (Combustion) that together form the ClearValue Hydrogen Energy Economy (CVH2E2), the ZeroCarbon, Geen and Value-added hydrogen energy solution for which humanity seeks. Key is the value-add that provides economics to drive market change and the needed change for humanity to maintain Earth as we know her.
Technical basis of CVH2E2 is combustion of pure hydrogen (H2) with pure oxygen (O2) that only emits pure water (H2O), e.g. NASA Rocket Fuel.
Energy provides Eenergy, an innovative solar technology that takes in methane (CH4 - bio-gas or natural gas) and sunlight to generate electricity <$0.04/kW-hr and H2 <$2/kg, with byproducts of only pure H2O and organic nutrients (food).
Combustion provides power engines (ICE & Turbine) that have significantly greater power and operating efficiency that those of today, while lasting 2 to 4 times longer; thereby HyOx Engines not only provide clean transportation systems, but provide significant performance improvement and cost savings.
On a $500M business plan, a London investment bank (London) has committed to a $400M Note, 2.8% 12 years, requiring ClearValue to provide $100M in liquidity in a blocked account for 12 months, e.g. Show Money, that will be used to obtain reasonable cost for an insurance wrap on the $400M.
Since ClearValue's presentation at COP26, a London partner has committed $90M of the $100M requirement, leaving ClearValue with only $10M of demonstration liquidity to obtain the $400M note.
Business valuation is $48B on $100M shares for an IPO planned in 6 to 7 years, e.g. $500/share.
