I have a theory that I have went over and over again. I know it will work. A boat 50-250 feet in length will be able travel without the need for any fuels, wind, or any fuels at all for as long as they stay above 8 miles per hour. There will be no fuel bill for the electrical generating units for the boats as well. As long as the boat is sitting in water. The generators will not need fuel to operate.
