We're a wholesale VoIP termination provider. This means we provide telephone service to call centers and other entities using sophisticated dialing software and/or network-based PBX systems capable of SIP signaling with IP authentication to our switch. We have been a prototype-stage company for most of the past 10 years and through that time have developed numerous communications platforms and software systems, conducting live marketing/sales tests and trying to find that magic combination of technology and marketability that will lead to a growing, thriving, profitable and STABLE company, worthy of acquisition by a larger company within 5 to 7 years after sales launch. We found what we were seeking in the wholesale VoIP telecom sector.
