Description:
I am seeking an investor interested in taking an equity position or provide loan funding for a sports bar business, Mission Street Sports Bar SF, that I have successfully opened and currently operating in a rapidly gentrifying and densely populated neighborhood in the Mission District of San Francisco, California. This is one of the heaviest populated and foot traffic areas in the city. The bar is a very large and unique venue for the neighborhood, approximately 8200 square feet, with unlimited options.
The business is incorporated as a C corporation. An equity position of stock ownership includes ownership of various city and state licenses for the business, such as a California ABC (Alcohol Control Board) liquor license and an entertainment license, which are difficult and expensive to obtain in San Francisco and required multiple agencies and board review and approvals.
We are looking for all available options to raise $150k - $350k in small business funding to create financial stability and fuel growth. In the five months we have been opened, we have increased monthly revenue from 15k to $80k per month. This continuing increase in revenue with minimal marketing shows the untapped potential of this new business.
Mission Street Sports Bar is primarily interested in receiving capital from:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.
- Alternative or Loan Funding
We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes of debt reduction and consolidation.
