Description:
Montana Oil Solutions, LLC (MOS) is a Montana based company that sells, rents or leases double oil filtration machines to restaurants, schools, hospitals, prison, any establishment that fries food. We also pick up their used oil for recycling. Our oil filtration machine is the only one in the world that will reduce the oil consumption by at least 50%, filters & cleans the fryer within five minutes and it reduces any safety issues from burns and/or slip and falls because it's self-contained. All of our equipment is powered by solar, we represent the very first off the grid piece of restaurant equipment.
MOS has obtained the authorization to be a distributor for all Mr Oil Saver products such as, oil filtration machines, oil rack systems and retro fitted vehicles to transport used oil and specialized filters. MOS is the only authorized distributor for the Montana area for any of Mr Oil Saver's services and products.
The company plans to employ ten people within Montana, in positions as sales managers, sales associates, truck drivers and warehouse workers. By employing local individuals, MOS would be contributing toward the development of the area. Funds would remain in the area thereby boosting the economy and contributing to the community as a whole.
Our existing thirty (30) loyal customers help to expand the company's business area by soliciting companies that could benefit from our services and by word-of-mouth.
A key component of the company's strategy is to continue to add to its ever-increasing product line which currently includes the only double oil filtration machine, new & used rack system and customized filters as well as other cost saving products.
The company is seeking a loan in the amount of $322,927 for the purpose of expanding the business. Expansion plans include the purchase of additional solar powered rental filtration machines, a larger shop/service area, purchase of delivery trucks and trailers and the hiring of additional personnel including a delivery driver. Projected revenues for Year 1 to Year 3 are $163,276, $390,740, and $641,873, respectively.
