Description:
Emerald has negotiated for the purchase of an agricultural property that will provide the company with a commercial product that produces an on-going income stream, a product that puts Emerald Investors on the ground floor of a future multi-billion-dollar industry – an industry forecast to be worth between $USD20-25 Billion in the USA alone by 2025 (ASX Smallcaps News, August 12, 2019) and one that also creates a bi-product used in developing affordable, ecologically sustainable housing, thereby meeting one core objective of the Emerald Realty Group Limited Mission Statement.
As stated in our Mission Statement, a fundamental part of our objective is for Emerald to be recognised for its philosophy of ‘giving back’ to the global community through investment in, and development of, ecologically sound projects, affordable housing, health and wellness facilities. We believe that our project, with that objective in mind, will provide our investors with a tangible product, solid return on their investment in Emerald and the comfort of proper security.
Today at least 25,000 products are made from hemp including apparel, foods, plastics, skin products shampoo, biofuels, stock feed, paper and dietary supplements. Our product will be fully certified by Australian government approved agronomists to ensure the its concentration and purity – in effect, its international provable pedigree.
This product is traded throughout the world, one of the major markets being the Wellness sector as it provides a highly effective form of support for human health as it contains high levels of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, volatile acids, and antioxidants that further supplement health. This regulatory structure of the body has millions of cannabinoid receptors in the brain and nervous system, which react not only to plant-derived cannabinoid (such as hemp) but also to natural cannabinoid produced within our body.
Market, Subsidies & Grants
With the introduction of legislation and the appreciation of the multiple benefits of the hemp plant, from pharmaceutical usage to manufacturing, the potential for hemp in the world marketplace has never looked better.
As previously stated, the growing of hemp for the pharmaceutical industry is not the main focus of Emerald Realty Group. Our focus is on the industrial hemp and its bi-products. The market is exponential, with commodity brokers worldwide seeking reliable, proven, traceable product from quality suppliers. Prices for the commodity are subject to usual market fluctuations, but if the product is delivered from a reliable source, the price per kilo is substantial.
In keeping with the Mission Statement of Emerald and its strong ethical approach, we look forward wherever possible to cooperating with the various Federal and State Governments schemes established to assist the local indigenous community.
We have been approached by the Premier of South Australia to establish our plantation, or at least its R&D facility, in his State as well as in Queensland.
Emerald has formed a detailed Risk Analysis on its project.
