Our company began operations about 2 years ago with the development and design of a telecommunications device. During this 2 year period intensive work on computer chips, software programming, patents, web site development and product testing was the main "business" of the company. Since November of last year, my how time (URL removed) feels like just last month, we began actual marketing and sales. Today we have thousands of these "boxes" in operation all over the world.
We seek second tier growth financing which will allow us to expand more effectively into the international market. The funding we seek is up to $5M. A professionally prepared executive summary, business plan, press kit and video is available, along with a web site with video's of our CEO on CBS, NBC and ABC news broadcasts, news articles in major magazine and newspapers can also be seen. Why is there so much interest? Because this is a quantum leap in telecom technology not a shinny new cell phone.
