I was raised in Norfork, AR where there are (3) rivers The White, Norfork, and the Buffalo National (our countries first national river) and (2) lakes the Norfork and Bull Shoals lake. The magazine Field and Streams has labeled this area as the #2 fishing area in the entire country. I am always visiting down there at least (3) times a year and always looking and staying at various cabins, log homes. This is a very high vacationing area and most of the cabins and log homes are always nearly full year round. The problem I find in this area it has NO LUXURY cabins or Log Homes on the river, there are some nice ones but nothing of the luxury type. I am well connected down there with the locals and would like to start Laura's Luxury Rentals and Guide Services. The rates that the area charges per night is in the $260-$350 range and Trout Guide Services of $265.00 full day. I see great potential in offering Luxury Cabin, Log Home rentals on the banks of the White River. I am looking to buy (2) white river lots-$160,000 with septic already installed on both and building (2) LUXURY log homes approx. 2,500 sq. ft.- $300,000 each and renting nightly. I would like to offer trout guide services also. Please let me know what you think.
