We provide Personal/Professional Skills to Veterans to facilitate their ability to obtain and retain self-sustaining employment. Congress passed, Obama signed a Veterans bill 12/11 that includes job training. We have a full business plan available. Program is 4 weeks in duration - 120 classroom hours that includes: Life Skills; MS Word; MS Excel; Customer Service and Job Preparation. We mandate job placement ASAP after graduation. Companies have large $ incentive to hire veterans. The total cost to train 16 Veterans each 4 weeks is $80,000. This includes Lodging/Meals; All Program Assets; Recreation and Compensation at $10 per classroom hour. Compensation is 27% of the total cost. This is desiged to provide Job Assets and or assist in gaining housing for homeless Veterans. We have selected a venue for Lodging/Meals as we believe these Veterans deserve R&R along with the comprehensive training provided. A Case Manager familiar with potential problems of this group will be included. There is no profit - All expenses are expended per each 4 week cycle. It is a thank you to our Veterans for their sacrifices that allow the rest of us to enjoy our Freedoms. Our Management has provided like programs to Disadvantaged Youth (14-21) in 6 states from 1986-2009. Government Funding is NOT feasible for this program as the programs are cumbersome and time consumming and do not meet the needs of this program.
