I am an individual real estate investor with over 25 years experience. I have a strong background in both single family and multi-family residential real estate in the midwest. I have lived in the Phoenix area for eight years and have been rehabing single family homes for the past five years.
My current business plan is to buy single family houses at very deep discounts and resell them while holding a small number as rentals. Some resales will just be cleaned up and sold as fixers. Others will be substantially remodeled and sold to owner occupants at full retail value.
